I'm based in the Pacific Northwest. As an experienced design leader, I've worked across global brands, startups, and scale-ups, from user research and product strategy through visual design and code.

I'm most effective as a strategic partner to product leadership, translating vision into validated direction so rapid iteration has purpose, not just velocity. I think at the systems level, understanding where services fail people, while staying hands-on through delivery to ensure the execution lands.

I've built my career turning complexity into clarity for people navigating systems that disproportionately fail underserved populations: healthcare, education, civic engagement, environmental sustainability, and economic equity.

My instinct is always to reframe the problem. Not "how do we help users navigate this complexity?" but "how do we make it less complex?" That's where design has real leverage, not just working around broken systems, but making them less broken over time.
