I got into design to serve people, not technology. I specialize in 0-1 products for mission-driven organizations—the kind working on poverty, education, climate, public benefit, and independent media. I think in systems, design for the future while building for today, and believe the best solutions come from understanding both the people using the product and the business sustaining it. I'm a product design leader currently working in EdTech.
