I'm Nicole Champagne. I'm a lead product designer and strategist with a crush on humanity.
I got into design to serve people, not technology. I bring 10+ years of experience leading 0–1 products and systems-level innovation for mission-driven teams tackling social, educational, and environmental inequities. I turn complexity into clarity, connecting dots across multi-stakeholder ecosystems and translating insights into actionable product direction.
My work blends research, systems thinking, and experimentation to shape what teams build and how they deliver it. I've led design strategy for complex, multi-stakeholder systems across chronic absenteeism, rare disease care, remote learning, and nonprofit mobilization, including work for Unicef Brazil and award-winning products for Novo Nordisk and ParentSquare.
I excel when I can partner with product leadership to drive vision, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and guide iterative product releases in support of social, civic, or environmental impact, especially for underserved and underrepresented communities. I thrive in teams built on mutual trust and a culture of curiosity and reflection.
